Shipping and delivery

If you are ordering from our online shop, our last posting date for orders will be 18th December – to give our posties a fighting chance to get parcels delivered in time for Christmas!

If you are able, and restrictions allow, you can pick up from the Gallery most days up to Christmas Eve

We aim to ship items next working day by Royal Mail standard parcels.

We have a flat rate shipping fee on the site. However given the size of some of the art works we may need to get in touch to confirm if additional fees are applicable.

Given the time spent by artists to create and the delicate nature of the original paintings we don’t offer a delivery service for these items. Original paintings need to be collected from the gallery in person.

We will send pottery and woodwork out by post at your own risk. We will endeavour to package them well, however, due to the nature of the product, they may get damaged in the post.

Please phone / email ahead to discuss any returns, items will only be considered for refund in original undamaged condition.

Return postage will need to be covered by customer. Insurance should be in place with couriers to cover cost of products returned.

Please notify of any damages relating to postage within 1 week of receipt, please include photographs of any damage to the items.
